Light it in the middle of chaos, during your evening wind-down, or while journaling, and let it remind you that even in survival, there is space to breathe.

Ritual Meaning

For centuries, lavender has been placed in homes and temples to calm the mind and protect sacred space. Chamomile was brewed by ancient Egyptians for rest and renewal, while cedarwood has been used in cleansing fires to anchor the spirit. Together, they form a ritual of stillness - reminding you that even in survival, there is always room to exhale.
