When will my order ship? All items are handmade in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for fulfillment.

Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What are your candles made of? All Heart & Havoc candles are made with a soy-beeswax blend, cotton wicks, and clean essential oil-based fragrance blends. No phthalates, ever.

Are your products vegan? Most are — though our candles contain beeswax.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes! Local pickup is available in Byron Center, MI. Just select it at checkout.
