I’m Megan — founder of Heart & Havoc, single mother of four, former restaurant general manager turned ritual-maker, and woman rebuilding life from the ashes into something grounded, handmade, and meaningful.
Before this business existed, I spent years running 70-hour weeks in leadership roles — organizing teams, solving emergencies, making systems run. I climbed fast, I did well, and on paper, I looked successful. But inside, I was disconnected — from my body, from the earth, from my creativity, and from a sense of personal peace.
In early 2023, I left my career to care for my children full-time and to begin building a new life from the rubble of the old. In that rebuilding, I returned to what I could control with my own two hands — making objects that brought comfort, connection, and sensory grounding.
What began at my kitchen table — measuring oils between nap times and burning candles while healing — became Heart & Havoc.
This brand lives at the intersection of chaos and calm.
Between survival and softness.
Between holding everything together — and remembering you’re allowed to breathe.
